On 20/04/2026, I made a deposit of 4431 MAD to my 1xBet account using Al Barid Bank. The funds were immediately deducted from my bank account, but they have not been reflected in my 1xBet balance even after 3 days.
I have already contacted the operator's support, but the issue remains unresolved, and I have received no clear explanation or solution.
I have attached the bank transaction receipt as proof of this deduction. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this transaction and ensuring that my funds are credited to my account as soon as possible.

According to the latest information, the Anti-Fraud Department asks you to contact your bank and request a formal investigation into the transaction. We also kindly ask you to obtain an official letter from the bank.
Please ensure that the bank's response clearly contains:
-the full transaction details;
-the current status of the transaction;
-confirmation of the transfer route.
For example, the letter should clearly state information similar to:
"I transferred funds from my wallet/account [wallet number/account number] to the recipient's wallet/account [recipient's wallet/account number] on [payment date]. The transaction status is [status]."
The document should be issued by the bank and contain all available details regarding the transaction and its final status.
Once you receive the official bank response, please provide it for further review.
