In the Belgian League, the match Standard Liege – Royal Antwerp has not been completed and is currently suspended / cancelled. On my bet slip, this match is marked as lost, while the other 6 matches were won, and this match was decisive for my bet to succeed.
I placed a Both Teams to Score (BTTS) bet on this match. At the time of placing the bet, the score was 1–0 in favor of Standard Liege, and a red card had been issued. Therefore, I anticipated Royal Antwerp to score and selected BTTS. According to 1xBet rules, if the match is suspended or a technical defeat (3–0) is applied, this bet should be settled as void with odds of 1.00.
I kindly request that you resolve this issue and correctly settle my bet slip. I am providing screenshots of both my bet slip and the official Belgian League website showing the current match status.
