Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against 1xBet following the sudden and unilateral closure of my account on Sunday, April 6, 2025, without refunding my personal balance.
The amount present in my account at the time of the block was 100,000 FCFA.
I received a message stating that the closure was due to an alleged violation of the Terms and Conditions, following an internal investigation. While I do not contest their right to close an account, I find it unacceptable that they refuse to refund my own deposited funds, which do not come from winnings or bonuses.
I contacted their customer service and sent a clear and polite request for a refund. In the absence of a response, I also sent a formal notice. To this day, I have received no reply from them, despite my follow-ups.
I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance to help me recover my personal funds and uphold my rights as a player, in accordance with the ethical obligations of online gaming operators.

Following a thorough internal investigation, we would like to inform you that your 1xBet account (ID: 940934555) was permanently closed, due to a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically clause 7.1.1, which states:
"Each registered customer is allowed to have only one account. Customers are allowed to register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a customer will not be allowed to register on the website."
Our security systems detected multiple accounts associated with your activity, all of which were accessed from the same device IDs: 610****33, 670****19, and 634****51. These findings represent a clear breach of our multi-accounting policy, which is in place to ensure fairness and integrity across our platform.
We acknowledge your concern regarding the refund of your personal balance. However, we would like to point out that at the time of the verification and account closure, the total amount you had already withdrawn exceeded the amount you originally deposited. As such, no personal funds were withheld by the company.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused, but we must remain firm in upholding our platform’s rules to maintain a safe and fair environment for all users.
