The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully. However, the funds have not been credited to my 1xBet account.
When I contacted 1xBet support, they stated that the deposit was unsuccessful and asked me to contact my bank. This is not acceptable, as the transaction is clearly successful from the bank's side.
I request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue. I want 1xBet to either:
Credit the deposited amount to my account, or
Refund the full amount back to my bank account
I am ready to provide bank statements or any additional proof if required.
