I have been trying to change my withdrawal method on 1xBet from "POS Minya - Mechoo Cash" to "Vodafone Cash" for over a week now.
Here’s what I’ve done:
1. Deposited using Vodafone Cash
2. Wagered the full deposit amount at odds of 1.10 or more
3. Sent a formal request to security-en@1xbet-team.com with full account details and card images
4. Sent follow-up emails (more than once)
5. Contacted live chat many times – they only say “please wait”
Despite this, I’ve received NO response for more than 7 days. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
