I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my deposit transaction. I mistakenly deposited ₹26,000 instead of ₹29,000, after which a payment query was generated. However, it has now been 5 days and the issue is still unresolved.
I have already provided all required details, including payment proof, transaction/UTR number, bank details, and deposit screenshot. Despite this, neither the amount has been credited to my account nor has any refund been processed.
I request you to urgently review and resolve this matter at the earliest by either crediting the deposited amount to my wallet or refunding it to my original payment source.
