Account Suspended After Deposit 50000 INR Locked With No Clear Response

Dear AskGamblers and 1xBet Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding the unexpected suspension of my 1xBet account, which currently holds a deposited balance of 50,000 INR.
On July 25, 2025, after I made a deposit, I was unable to access my account. I attempted to contact support via official channels but did not receive a clear explanation for the suspension. My account remains inaccessible, and my funds are still locked.
During this period, I also received an email from someone claiming to be from a support team, but I am unsure whether it was official. The email mentioned that my account was blocked and funds forfeited, and referenced an address (customercare1xbet@outlook.com). I later found out that my account had been suspended.
For reference, my Gaming ID is 1225718441.
I have attached a screenshot of the email received, in case it helps clarify the situation. I am willing to provide ID or any documentation needed to resolve this.
I kindly request:
A detailed explanation regarding the reason for the account suspension
The reinstatement of my account or a refund of my balance (50,000 INR)
Assistance from the AskGamblers team in facilitating this resolution
