My account has been under verification and inaccessible for over one month. During this time, I have fully cooperated and provided all the requested documents.
Despite this, my account remains blocked without any clear explanation, and I am unable to access it or proceed with any further steps.
I have already submitted a block appeal and followed all instructions provided, but the situation has not progressed.
Given the amount of information and documents already submitted, I am now requesting the full verification of my account and immediate access to my funds.
My balance of approximately €14,000 remains inaccessible.

However, the Security Team informed me that the video conference was cancelled due to technical issues on their side and asked me to contact them again to reschedule the appointment.
I remain fully available and willing to complete the verification process as soon as possible.
