I am a customer of 1xBet (ID: 196664631).
On April 3, 2025, I deposited 915,000 UZS, and on April 29, 2025, I deposited another 20,000 UZS via UZ Payments Bot.
Unfortunately, neither of these deposits has been credited to my account, and they have remained frozen for more than 6 months. I have submitted all required documents, passed verification, and contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved.
I also sent emails to all relevant departments of 1xBet, but to this day, I have not received any response.
📌 Main concerns:
Complete lack of transparency and explanations from the company.
Excessively long review period (6 months is unacceptable);
Customer funds remain blocked without a valid reason.
This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable for an international company. I hope my review will draw attention to this situation, accelerate the resolution of my problem, and encourage 1xBet to provide more honest and responsive service to its customers.
