6000 Moroccan dirhams deposit not credited to my 1xBet gaming account

I would like to file a complaint against the sports betting website 1xBet regarding a deposit of 6,000 Moroccan dirhams (MAD) made via bank transfer from Attijariwafa Bank on October 3rd, 2025, which has never been credited to my gaming account.
I immediately contacted 1xBet’s processing department at the following address: processing-morocco@1xbet-team.com.
I provided all proof of the transaction, including my bank statement, screenshots, and the transfer receipt.
However, two days later, 1xBet replied that they could not assist me, without offering any concrete solution. Since then, I have received no further response or refund, despite several follow-ups.
The transfer was made to a bank account (RIB) listed directly on 1xBet’s official website, which I had previously used without any issue.
Today, 1xBet claims that this RIB has been “updated” and is no longer valid. Nevertheless, this RIB was still visible on their official website at the time of my deposit, which makes them fully responsible.
Therefore, I hold 1xBet responsible for the non-crediting of my deposit, and I request either:
The immediate credit of 6,000 MAD to my gaming account, or a full refund of the same amount to my original bank account.

Thank you for your reply, but I would like to clarify that I am fully aware of the deposit procedure on 1xBet. As always, I selected Attijari Wafa Bank as my payment method in my interface, copied the IBAN and SRV name displayed directly on your deposit page, and then pasted them into my banking application exactly as I have done for all my previous deposits validated by your services. This same process has worked on numerous occasions, as my previous deposits attest. I have never used any external information; all of it comes solely from your official interface at the time of the deposit. I therefore reiterate my request to either credit my gaming account or issue a refund to my bank account.

The payment request created by the user on October 3, 2025, was sent to a partner payment provider different from the one associated with the bank details used in the transfer. This means the bank account shown on the site was not the one to which the money was actually transferred. As we have stated before, the player made the payment without following the site’s rules and instructions. The claim that the bank details were linked specifically to the user’s account is incorrect because our system does not have such functionality. All payment details are randomly generated and provided by the payment provider for each individual deposit request. The transfer was made to bank details that were not those given in the user’s deposit request.
