Did a withdrawal on 4-5-2025 of 45000, and on 5-4-2025, you guys gave me a message of withdrawal completed, but the money never came into my account.
I complained to the customer service and they told me to send the bank statement... I sent, and you guys again asked for my statement 6 more times every day... at last u guys gave me a UTR number saying that the transaction is completed and I should go and ask the bank...
I did, and they said that no transaction with this UTR number has happened in my account... u guys asked me to get a letterhead from the bank stating this transaction never happened with this UTR number...
I also got the official letterhead with the manager's signature and his signature... and even after that, u guys have denied to give me my money... u guys are forcing me to take legal action
