I'm writing to report an issue with my 1xBet account (ID: 406952841). I've withdrawn ₹21,000 on May 21st and ₹8,000 on June 24th, but I haven't received the payments in my bank account.
The 1xBet team claims they've processed the payments and provided me with UTR numbers: SURYN25142728402 for ₹21,000 and SURYN25175961961 for ₹8,000. However, when I checked with my bank, they confirmed that the payments haven't been received.
I've already shared my bank statements with the 1xBet team multiple times to prove that the payments are pending. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. I'm still waiting to receive my withdrawn amounts.
I need assistance to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Can someone please help me get my payments processed and credited to my account
