1Xbet Refusing my orginal documentation and ignoring my mails
It's been over a month now where I've been trying to reverify my account. I've used 1xbet for over a year now and verified my account immediately last year when I started using them and have deposited and withdrawn multiple times from them over the year. All of a sudden when I try to withdraw some winnings last month It gets denied and I get the massage that I need to email their security team. After emailing them I get told I need to do the verification process again without being given any reason to why my account was unverified.
I proceed to send them all the documents asked for which include:
Multiple Photos of my ID with different backgrounds
My bank card
A selfie, with my ID and the support chat open next to me
Utilities bill for the last 3 months TWICE (they refused my first bills with no reason given, but luckily I had more than 1 utility that I pay monthly)
My drivers License
My birth certificate
I find it absurd that they even need your birth certificate to verify me after sending them already so much other information to prove my identity but after needing to go visit my parents in a different state just to get my birth certificate and sending them pictures of it. All I receive from their support team is that they won't accept the document because they are not original files. I have sent them multiple photos of my Original birth certificate, issued all they way back at my birth in 1996 and they still refused it and now ignore any mails I send them. There is nothing else I can do because I sent them my original birth certificate but they refused it and have now not responded to any of my mails for about a week.
I have now tried to email every support mail they have and all I receive back is that I need to email their security team which is ignoring me and there is nothing else they can do. I have attached the photos of my birth certificate that I have been sending them as well as the last response I have received from them and my last emails to the security team.
