The Security Department sent me a link for video conference through Risk Management. However, when I contacted Risk Management, they clearly told me that videoconference is not required and instructed me to wait for further instructions in my personal account.
More than 1 month has now passed, but I have received no further instructions, no unblock code, and no update at all. I have also sent multiple emails to the security department, but there has been no response.
My account remains blocked, no resolution has been provided, and more than 150,000 BDT (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka) is stuck in my account.
