Dear AskGamblers and 1xBet Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding the sudden suspension of my 1xBet account, which currently holds a deposited balance of 20,000 INR.
On August 13, 2025, my account was once again blocked without any explanation. This is not the first time — a similar issue occurred previously, and despite my attempts to seek clarification, I have not received a clear response from your official support channels.
To add to the confusion, I once again received an email from someone using the address customercare1xbet@outlook.com, claiming my account was blocked and that my funds were forfeited. I am concerned about the authenticity of this email and whether it is connected to my current account suspension.
