1xBet Sportbook - They wont verify my account even I send all files they ask

I want to withdraw but they're asking for documents through e-mail. They ask first for my document Id, which is sent them. Then they ask for bank statement which I sent to them, but they respond that the file is not correct, which is not true, because literally the document is a bank statement where appears all the transactions to the sportbook and all my data. Finally, I respond to them "Which file do you need?" and then the're not responding. I send evidence.

They're saying that there is a problem, but I contacted to my son if he can access to his account and he can. They blocked my account so I can't access and take the picture they ask.
