I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with 1xBet.
Since August 18, I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings, but the process has been continuously delayed. Initially, 1xBet support informed me that Visa/Mastercard withdrawals were temporarily unavailable and would soon be fixed. However, the withdrawal option via Visa/Mastercard was eventually removed entirely from the platform, leaving only deposits available.
Following their instructions, I submitted a request to change my withdrawal method via email. I was informed this process would take a maximum of 72 hours. I complied fully with their requirements: I made a deposit using my preferred withdrawal method and placed a wager of at least 1.1 on sports.
After 72 hours had passed, I contacted their support again and was told they needed an additional 24 hours. That timeframe also expired without any update. Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances from their team that the matter would be expedited, there has been no resolution.
At this point, I kindly ask for your intervention and support in helping me withdraw my funds from 1xBet, as I have exhausted all direct communication with their support team without success.
