Dear team when I went for withdrawal the message shows me docoments requirements on 27 april 2025 and says contact the security team. I contacted them and I have send all documents which was asked by the security team each and everything and message I got from them was that ‘’we have received your requested docoments kindly wait’’ . Now it has been around 70 days. More than 2 months my account was not opened for the withdrawal. The only message I got from the security department wait other than this I didn’t get anything normally. The verification can take 7 to 15 months but 2 months I have waiting. When I call them they says we can’t resolve your issue, only email them from there you can get answer. No one is taking responsibility!! My money is blocked I'm suffering from this situation but they are not verifying my account even though I'm frustrated from there answer. I always talk them with respect: dear please clear my issue, it has been already many months. Still no resolution and 100 mail thread has exchanged on email still they are solving.
