CryptoWild Affiliates - Withdrawal not possible been over 6 months no reply

I have been an affiliate partner with crypto­wil­daf­fil­iat­es.com since june 2019. Everything has worked well since beginning of 2023, we are not getting any reply from the affiliate team and our withdrawal is not being approved. Have approximately 500 EUR as balance. Get the message "In order to withdraw funds via CoinsPaid your payment details must be verified. Please contact your affiliate manager.". Have emailed all their different emails (suppo­rt@­cry­pto­wil­daf­fil­iat­es.com, affili­ate­s@c­ryp­tow­ild.com, suppor­t@c­ryp­tow­ild­ser­vic­e.com, suppor­t@c­ryp­tow­ild.com / suppor­t@c­ryp­tow­ild­aff­ili­ate­s.com ) twice a month for a half year (from multiple email addresses, not wrong with email server) without any reply from affiliate manager. It's only possible to use their online chat on Have used their online chat on their website https:­//w­ww.c­ry­pto­wil­d.com. I have talked with 5 different support agents their over the recent months, they can't share who is our affiliate manager, just that it will be resolved in a few days, each time. It seems like the affiliate team either no longer exists or is ignoring affiliate partners and not approving withdrawals.

It's been 6 months so you can understand the frustation over this. Hopefully someone on their affiliate team will see this on askgamblers and resolve this issue.
