I have outstanding commission of $6812.57. I've not received any payment from them for over a year. I've tried to request withdrawal to many different payment methods thinking that they might have had an issue with certain payment providers; but all of my requests were rejected.
In the meantime I've tried to contact them many times to no avail as they refuse to reply to my e-mail. I contacted the casino player account support many times; Every time I was told to direct my questions to the affiliate support as my player account is linked to an affiliate account.
