Vave Partners - Non payments from Vave Partners

I have received just one payment from Vave partners in the last 18 months. Understand why they aren't monthly, but I have asked for constant updates which I'm not getting.

Dear tbsea,

We would like to clarify the payment status on our side. Payments covering the period from June 2024 through April 2025 have already been successfully processed in two transactions, as detailed below:

These payments fully cover the rewards accrued for that period.

We also confirm that there are outstanding rewards for the following months, totaling €1,887.90. These amounts have not yet been paid because your default payment method is set to bank transfer. Due to a recent change in our paying company, a new bank transfer agreement is required. As this agreement has not yet been signed, we are currently unable to process bank payments.

If you prefer not to sign the new agreement at this time, we can proceed with payment using an alternative method, such as the cryptocurrency wallet previously used for earlier payouts. Please confirm if this option works for you, or advise if you would like to proceed with signing the new agreement.

We are ready to resolve this matter as soon as possible and look forward to your confirmation.

My apologies are offered. I have indeed received 2 payments. I'm not sure why the other one wasn't logged in my accounts.

I will happily accept that the amount outstanding is €1887.90 as mentioned.

However from a communication point of view and wanting to get this amount paid. I have been chasing it for months now, with many unhelpful replies, none of which included setting up a new bank transfer agreement.
I was asked for a wallet address in November, and was told a request was created.

Please let me know how and where I can sign this bank transfer agreement so we can resolve it.

Or again I am happy to provide a wallet address for payment. But I'd need more understanding of how future payments would be made without taking the time from Ask Gamblers.
