Placebo Partners - Unresponsive and no payment

I wanted to post a warning about Placebo Partners who run several casinos, such as Casino Galaxy, Lucky Bay, and Casino Strike.

These guys tick all the red flags for scammers.

- They regularly launch new casinos with big no deposit bonuses to lure players in.
- They don't take care of their casinos (many errors on them).
- The affiliate back office is barely working. There is no proper tracking and you can't add payment details.
- They have promised for a year that they will improve their back office without anything happening. Just lies.
- They don't respond ever.

I have accumulated income with these guys which I can't withdraw because:

1. I can't add payment details to the account (well, once added they immediately disappear again)

2. They don't respond on any channels.

As far as I know, they have two affiliate managers. One I talked with in the past, and the other never responded regardless of how many messages I sent.

Obviously, in the past, this one guy responded because he wanted traffic. But as soon as it came to getting paid, no response and no help.

What I expect? I expect to get paid my commission and I expect to get a response from them. This is what I want help with. If not, I want you to mark them as the scammers they are to warn others.

Also, the e-mail I have on the account is no longer valid. I've asked them 8 months ago to have this changed, but as I said, they don't respond.
