Throughout August there were issues with Spinoloco. I first reported the problem on August 19th, as the system stopped recording any stats. Only clicks were visible, while registrations and deposits were not being tracked — despite the fact that I was continuously sending traffic.
At that time, my manager reassured me that everything was working normally and that players were being received daily. Then, after two weeks (on September 1st), I was told that there had been a data transfer issue related to unsupported countries and that I should allow some time for the data to be reloaded.
Now, more than a month later, I still see no recorded activity at all, even though I’m confident that traffic was delivered. The only response I keep getting from my manager is to “wait,” but I have not received any concrete updates or resolutions.
