We have been working with 1st Partners for quite some time, mainly with the Beonbet and SlotRush brands. Overall, my experience with the program has been mixed.
On the positive side, the affiliate platform itself is simple and easy to navigate, which makes day-to-day management convenient. The account managers we communicated with, including Marina and Ayrat, were generally responsive, polite, and detailed in their communication. From a performance perspective, I also had a positive impression regarding the conversion rates and the overall potential of the brands, especially during the earlier stages of our cooperation.
However, there were also several concerns during our partnership, particularly regarding payment reliability and consistency.
Even before the current situation, affiliate payments were often delayed compared to the agreed schedule. Despite this, the payments were eventually completed, which allowed the cooperation to continue.
Unfortunately, starting from November 2025, there have been ongoing payment delays affecting outstanding affiliate commissions. Throughout this period, the affiliate managers explained the situation as being related to internal restructuring processes and finance-side operational difficulties.
Some of the official updates I received included statements such as:
“We have restructuring process in finance department, so that’s why payments take so longer, but anyway we will sort it out.”
At one point, I also received the following update regarding the expected payment schedule:
“I’ve received an update regarding the payment schedule. We are currently finalizing our restructuring process, and payments are scheduled to start being processed in April 15–25.”
More recently, I was informed that the company was still experiencing technical and operational finance-side issues, while management was allegedly working toward restoring normal operations and fulfilling pending obligations.
While I appreciate the fact that communication with the affiliate managers continued during this period and was not completely ignored, the unresolved delays have naturally affected my confidence in the long-term reliability of the program.
Based on my overall experience so far, I would advise affiliates to carefully evaluate the risks before starting large-scale cooperation with this program, especially if payment consistency and predictability are important factors for their business operations.
I genuinely hope the company resolves its current operational and financial difficulties and restores normal payment processes in the future.
