I am filing a complaint regarding the termination of my affiliate account and the withholding of my pending commissions.
On June 16, 2026, I agreed on a CPA deal with my manager. Everything went smoothly, and my June commission was subsequently paid in July without any issues being raised regarding the traffic.
On July 14, my manager suddenly claimed that the results were poor and that players were only depositing slightly above the baseline. I provided affiliate statistics showing that the players were depositing approximately twice the baseline.
I was then told that the issue was that players were not redepositing. I provided further statistics showing that approximately 90% of the players had redeposited. Instead of addressing this, I was then told that the baseline needed to be increased to €40, despite the players already depositing above that amount.
On July 31, I was simply told to “stop the traffic.” When I asked what had happened, I received no explanation.
On August 6, I was suddenly informed that my account had allegedly engaged in “CPA abuse and fraudulent traffic,” and that all pending commissions would be voided.
I immediately requested the fraud report and specific details of the alleged fraud, but received no response.
What I find particularly concerning is that the reason for the rejection appears to have changed from poor performance, to insufficient redeposits, to a higher baseline, and finally to alleged fraud — without any evidence ever being provided.
I am not asking the operator to pay fraudulent commissions. If they genuinely believe there was fraudulent traffic, they should provide the relevant evidence and identify the specific players or transactions involved.
I am therefore requesting a fair review of the case and payment of the commissions that were legitimately earned under the agreed CPA terms, unless the operator can provide concrete evidence justifying their withholding. The total amount they owe me: 4,070 eur.
