We are filing this complaint against Ice Affiliates regarding two of their brands, Unlimluck and Royal Game, due to systematic failure to pay affiliate commissions, ongoing misleading communication, and a complete lack of initiative from their team to resolve the matter.
This is not the first time we have faced this issue with Ice Affiliates. The pattern of payment delays and poor communication has repeated itself, which is why we are now forced to go public with this case and file all available complaints through official channels.
Total outstanding debt: over €2,000 EUR
Despite multiple follow-ups since February, the payments have not been processed. Their managers only respond when directly tagged, and even then — roughly once a week at best. At no point did anyone from their team proactively reach out to address the situation or offer a resolution. We were repeatedly told that payments were being handled, but it was never true.
What makes this especially unacceptable is that their Head of Affiliates, Victoria Mazur, was present in the chat throughout this entire period and never once stepped in or took any action. It was only in May that she finally responded to inform us that the payments had never actually been set up for processing in the first place. This means we were misled for months while someone with the authority to fix it was simply watching.
All chat history has been exported with full attachments and can be provided upon request. All our trackers are connected and confirm the data regarding traffic delivered and commissions owed.
We ask AskGamblers to assist us in recovering our earned commissions. If this matter remains unresolved, we have already prepared a legal strategy with our lawyers regarding the required authorities and offshore regulators.
