We are submitting this complaint regarding unpaid affiliate commissions and fraud allegations made by Casino Revolution Affiliates.
Our relationship with Casino Revolution began with a successful test cap in November 2025. Following that test period, we entered into a partnership that ran from January 2026 through February 2026.
During those three months, we consistently delivered traffic in relatively small quantities. Throughout this period, there were no concerns raised regarding traffic quality, compliance, fraud, or player activity. While payment delays occasionally occurred, which is not unusual in the affiliate industry, we continued working with the program in good faith and maintained a positive relationship.
In March 2026, Casino Revolution expanded our partnership significantly by adding a new GEO (Italy) for Revolution Casino and introducing two additional brands, Midarion and God of Casino.
Based on this expansion and the trust established during the previous months, we increased our efforts and continued delivering traffic throughout March and April while waiting for the March commission payment.
At the end of April 2026, Casino Revolution Affiliates suddenly informed us that all Italian players referred to Revolution Casino were considered fraudulent. As a result, they refused to pay commissions for both March and April, withholding an amount exceeding €15,000 EUR.
What makes this situation highly questionable is that:
The fraud allegations relate only to the newly added Italian GEO for Revolution Casino.
Midarion and God of Casino received exclusively German traffic.
According to Casino Revolution's assessment, all 35 out of 35 Italian players were allegedly fraudulent.
At the same time, more than 100 German players sent to the additional brands were considered legitimate, without a single fraud case being identified.
The timing of these allegations is particularly concerning. For approximately three months, we operated without any fraud concerns being raised. Only after the partnership was expanded and larger commission amounts became due did Casino Revolution suddenly classify all players from the newly added GEO as fraudulent and refuse payment for the entire deal.
From our perspective, this follows a pattern frequently described within the affiliate industry as affiliate shaving: a partnership operates normally while traffic volumes are low, but once larger commissions become payable, the operator retroactively challenges traffic quality or player validity to avoid paying earned commissions.
Casino Revolution Affiliates ultimately relied on a clause in their Terms & Conditions stating that suspicion of fraud involving even a single player gives them the right to withhold payment for the entire agreement.
We believe this clause has been applied unfairly and without sufficient transparency. No detailed evidence, player-level analysis, compliance report, or substantiated explanation has been provided to justify withholding all commissions across multiple brands and GEOs.
We therefore request:
1. Full disclosure of the evidence supporting the fraud allegations.
2. A detailed explanation of why all Italian players were classified as fraudulent.
3. Clarification as to why commissions from Midarion and God of Casino were also withheld despite involving exclusively German traffic.
4. Payment of the outstanding commissions exceeding €15,000 EUR if no verifiable evidence of fraud can be provided.
We are prepared to provide communication records, traffic data, and any additional documentation required to support our position.
