Problems started about a month ago. One of my players made a mistake by using skrill for his first deposit offer.
Player won +- 6.000 euro and all winnings where declined by support.
The player still played over 1000's of euro's but as an affiliate i saw nothing back from this.
Also there was a little over 120 pound in my account still that shut have been paid. I closed down my partner account because of the unprofessional help for the player problems as described above as we did not want to work with Ivy anymore but the affiliate manager said, when the account is closed you will receive your funds the 14th of December.
After the 14th i asked the affiliate manager on skype where they funds where. She give me the following answer: ( copy paste from skype )
Affiliate manager: The finance team is working on payments this week. Please bear with us :)
Me: Ah cool, Thank you very much
Friday the 20th December:
Me: Still not received. This will be payed by the end of the day?
Affiliate manager: I am not sure when, however it should reach your account this week or early next week
Even early this week, No results. Now Friday the 27th, Still no payment received.
I am truly sad the way Ivy affiliates tread there players and partners.
The player made a mistake, i understand that part. But still played trough my link, on my website, and i did not see anything from it in return.
And even the other 120+ pounds are not being payed so far. I really hope Ivy affiliate will pick this up asap professionally as it shut be.

I have already done this a couple of days ago before i posted my issue on Askgamblers. I told you also that i would post this matter on askgamblers if this issue would not been resolved.

Ivy Affiliates requested me to wait until Friday when my affiliate manager returned to the office.
I explained them that the affiliate manager earlier told me she could not help me as she was not "involved to player matters" and that this was another department that handles these issue's. I also explained when i contacted this relevant department ( support ) that they said these are affiliate matters so i was being send back to the affiliate department.
I am waiting until further information per e-mail and Friday until my affiliate manager is returned and hopefully brings some good news.
I want to ask Askgamblers to keep this complaint open until further corresponding from the affiliate manager by Friday.

So far there was no further communication with the affiliate department.
As said i´ll be waiting for the affiliate manager to return on Friday to see if we can sort out this issue.
This matter is privately solved with Ivy affiliates.
I would like to request to close this complaint.
