The last complaint was rejected because of lack of proof. Please find attached screenshot of nethive affilliate account, and below, my full correspondance with Adam < surname removed > (WINNER) and Mariya (Nethive).
As I said previously, I had a conversation with Adam < surname removed > on the phone which I have no record of, but he said the same to me as what Mariya said on the email: They said I am not receiving commisions because the players I sent to them are winning. But that is bizarre because all 2 players tracked to me on their site have been poker players that have been raked, and therefore I should have commision from that rake. Clearly something is wrong when a poker player has -$524 revenue....as shown in the screenshot.
I would be grateful for any advice or help on the matter as to how I should legally proceed. But even if you do no wish to pursue the issue, I would be grateful if I can make a clear complaint on your site so no one else experiences this.
All the best,
Luke

Subject: POKER RAKE NET GENETRTAED REVENUE
Mariya, I would be grateful if you would please confirm that you understand that poker rake is different from casino losses, and that you are receiving Net generated revenue from poker rake even if the poker playing is winning money, therefore it is a nonsense that my balance is negative for the last 2 months. I have affiliate contracts with many other poker sites, and you are the first group to try and tell me such a nonsense.
As per my contract with you, I should be receiving a commision of that net generated rake.
- Please inform me how much my players have paid in rake in total.
- Please can you inform me if nethive is regulated by a gaming commision, and please inform me who that gaming commision is.
I'd appreciate if you could email me back in a timely manner, because Adam < surname removed > has in the past ignored me for months. Should this situation not remedy itself, I am going to contract the relevent authorities to complain about the situation.
Luke

Dear @Pleasejustice,
Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed commission/s.
Thanks for cooperating the AskGamblers Complaints Team.
Thank you very much for accepting the complaint.
The total amount disputed becomes murkey because the nethive platform was adjusted to give negative commisions on november, which as I said makes no logical sense for poker. But when I looked I was owed at least $72.94 from September, at least $103.92 from October. And then the commisions went negative. But I believe I should be owed at least another $200 on top of that at least for November, December and January. I definitely breached the $250 threshold for withdrawal.
Net hive will be able to clarify my net revenue once they remove any 'negative net gaming revenue'.
