AllSet Partners - Unpaid Balance from Allset Partners

87 hours left for AllSet Partners to respond.

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I’m filing this complaint regarding Allset Partners, with whom we have been cooperating under an 80% KPI CPA agreement since November 2025.

Our team, operating under yourbetlist.com, provided geo-targeted PPC traffic for their casino brands in accordance with all compliance and tracking standards.
The traffic was direct PPC only — no incentivized users, no bots, and fully compliant with ad policies and their internal terms.

After we successfully delivered the agreed number of FTDs in November and December, Allset Partners failed to process any payments.
The unpaid balance currently exceeds €10,000 (covering both months).

We contacted our assigned affiliate manager Olga multiple times but received no response.
Later, we were informed that our traffic was “classified as fraudulent,” based on a report that contains several false and technically impossible claims, such as:

Players allegedly betting at €0.04, even though the minimum bet for those games is €0.20.

“Unrealistic deposit speed” — which is in fact normal behavior for PPC users who click high-intent keywords like “play slots real money”.

“Bonus abuse” — which makes no sense because their bonuses require x35 wagering, meaning players must play thousands of rounds regardless of bet size.

We have complete screenshots of monthly data, communication logs, and reports proving that the traffic was legitimate, consistent, and within the terms of our agreement.
Additionally, even after campaigns were paused, the players we referred continued to deposit, generating over €4,000 in additional deposits, confirming that these were real and active users.

Despite providing all this information and requesting resolution, Allset Partners has ignored our communication and withheld the full payment.
This behavior constitutes breach of agreement and unethical affiliate practice.

We kindly request AskGamblers’ mediation to:

Review the evidence we’ve attached (reports, screenshots, message logs),

Contact Allset Partners regarding this issue,

Ensure that our €10,000 balance is released in accordance with the agreed 80% KPI terms.

We remain fully cooperative and ready to provide any additional documentation you may require.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Hello, thank you for reopening the case. I’m sharing panel screenshots from the two months after we ended the agreement, along with details showing that the manager kept delaying us regarding the points I mentioned above. The agreement screenshots have been added privately, and if requested, we can also provide the other supporting documents we have.

Hello,

We would like to address the public complaint and clarify our position.

First, the publication of private correspondence on a public forum is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions, which explicitly prohibit the disclosure of internal communications and confidential business information. We reserve the right to take further action regarding this breach.

Regarding the unpaid commission: as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, all traffic is subject to mandatory compliance and anti-fraud verification prior to payment approval. Any preliminary confirmation or discussion of payment is conditional upon successful completion of these checks. At the time of the initial communication, the anti-fraud review had not yet been finalized.

Following a detailed investigation conducted in cooperation with the platform, the traffic in question was classified as fraudulent. Below are the key findings that led to this conclusion:

1. Abnormal Registration-to-Deposit Speed

Several players demonstrated unrealistically short intervals between registration and first deposit:

Player 1097618155: 20 seconds

Player 108236005: 14 seconds

Player 108207737: 12 seconds

Player 100496065: 22 seconds

Such speeds strongly indicate automated or scripted activity rather than genuine user behavior.

2. Bonus Interaction and Engagement

None of the players claimed or activated the offered bonus. Combined with the extremely short registration-to-deposit timing, this indicates a lack of genuine engagement and is commonly associated with automated or incentivized traffic.

3. Payment Method Anomalies

All transactions were processed exclusively via Crypto 2 and Crypto 3.
For the referenced European markets, legitimate players predominantly use card-based payment methods. A 100% crypto usage rate from a single affiliate source is statistically implausible and represents a significant red flag.

4. Device and Browser Patterns

While devices varied (Windows, Android, iOS), there was a notable concentration of Firefox usage on Windows, alongside behavioral similarities indicative of multi-accounting.

5. Micro-Betting Behavior

Several accounts showed unusually low average bet sizes combined with extremely high spin volumes:

Player 100496065: €0.04 average bet, 2,642 spins

Player 107971249: €0.04 average bet, 1,337 spins

Player 106343677: €0.25 average bet

This pattern is commonly associated with bonus abuse, automated play, or non-recreational behavior.

6. Game Selection Patterns

The accounts consistently played a narrow cluster of high-volatility slots (Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush, Big Bass, Zeus vs. Hades). While these titles are popular, such concentrated behavior—combined with the factors above—further supports the non-organic nature of the traffic.

Based on the platform’s findings and our contractual obligations, this traffic is not eligible for commission payment.

We remain open to professional dialogue conducted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions : https://allset.partners/terms-and-conditions/ .
