I am opening this complaint regarding unpaid affiliate commissions and an unjustified fraud accusation from the partner program.
According to our agreement, payments are to be processed within 10 net days. For the month of February, I am owed €300, and for March (partial), €80. The February payment should have been completed between March 1st and March 10th at the latest. However, no payment has been made to this day.
Since then, I have sent multiple follow-ups to the affiliate manager. I was repeatedly told that she was not working, yet I could clearly see she was active online daily, without responding to my messages. This lack of communication has already been highly unprofessional.
Finally, on March 27th — 17 days after the final payment deadline — I received a response claiming that my traffic is "fraudulent." This accusation is completely unfounded and, importantly, no evidence or explanation has been provided to support such a serious claim.
I strongly dispute this allegation. All traffic sent was legitimate and in full compliance with the program’s terms and conditions.
It is unacceptable to delay payment beyond the agreed terms and then attempt to justify non-payment with an unproven fraud claim.
I respectfully request:
- Immediate payment of the €380 owed.
