I would like to file a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with an affiliate program that has withheld my earned commission of approximately €1,200 after closing my account under allegations of fraudulent traffic.

I strongly dispute these accusations. The traffic I delivered wasn't, and from what I seen before they closed my account, some referred players are still active.

From what I recall, the total deposits generated were roughly in line with the commission amount even tho We had no KPI included. Additionally, we had not even reached or exceeded any agreed test cap, making the account closure and withholding of funds even more questionable.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide additional screenshots or detailed data at this stage, as my affiliate account has been blocked and I no longer have access to the dashboard.

Despite my attempts to resolve this issue directly, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. The decision to block my account and deny payment appears unjustified and lacks transparency.

I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this case and helping to reach a fair resolution. I am open to providing any additional information or evidence required to clarify the situation.
