I joined the Neat Affiliates program for the online casino Jackburst through their affiliate network and began promoting the brand in good faith. From the beginning, I was in regular contact with my assigned affiliate manager, who actively communicated with me regarding the partnership and my promotional activities.
After referring approximately 10 new players to the casino (I cannot confirm the exact number because my account access was later revoked), my affiliate account was suddenly closed based on what I was told was a decision made by the “fraud department.” The alleged reason appears to have been that multiple players originated from the same city.
I want to make it absolutely clear that, as an affiliate, my role was solely to promote the offer and direct traffic to the casino. I have no control over who decides to register or play on the platform, nor do I have access to players’ personal information or locations. Accusing me of fraudulent activity on such grounds is completely unjustified and unreasonable.
In addition to closing my account without proper explanation, Neat Affiliates withheld my legitimately earned affiliate commissions. I was provided with an email address by my affiliate manager for submitting a formal complaint, which I did promptly. However, despite waiting well over a month, I have received no response whatsoever from the company.
I am therefore submitting this complaint through AskGamblers in the hope that this matter can finally be resolved fairly and professionally. I respectfully request that Neat Affiliates provide a clear explanation for the account closure and immediately release all unpaid affiliate earnings that were generated legitimately through my promotional work.
