Mr.Bet Partners - Unfairly declined traffic

UNRESOLVED

in january 2020 i started my very first affiliation to the above casino.

we had made an arrangement that i would recieve 140 euro per new first time depositing player, where i also questioned the affiliate manager if they had any other stipulations outside of the terms and conditions of thier natural ones ones on the website, incase they wanted to tell me that there was a baseline for deposits or an NGR involved or any other surprise which may arise later down the track.

the answer was NO! and that there was no minimum deposit required and no mention was made about redepositing.

a few days after the affiliate manager informed me of a decrease in the agreed upon CPA rate and at that time
i was a newbie to the scene and figured they had dropped the rate to 110 euro because from what i saw on the affiliate account there was 6 x players and the commission due was 660 euro.
(or 6 x 110 euro in my mind)

although it had turned out they had accepted 4 of the new players at the agreed upon rate (140 euro)
with the other 2 first time depositors were being paid at the newly implemented rate of 100 euro each.

so not wanting to voice my opinion (as this was my first time being a casino affiliate) i let it slide and continued to take new players to the site and thought things were running smoothly as i recieved the payments for the traffic both in february and march for the prior months.

come April i received an email from the partner site asking me to log in and check that the details of the invoice were correct.
there was not one available at that time as it was only the 1st of april but the quick report statistics stated that there was 300 euro due to be paid for the period march 1st to 31st 2020.

a few days later i logged into skype only to see that the affiliate manager had messaged to say that my players played bad.
initial thoughts was they had lost alot of money or that they might have been rude to the live casino dealers.

only to find that the affiliate manager went on to say that they had declined the traffic.

i went on to ask why.
the response was that they hadnt redeposited.

my thought there was well if it was traffic in march that you are declining then this is unfair for the following reasons.

1. the calendar month had just rolled in to april.
2. we had an agreement,
3. what other players do (depositing-wise) is none of my business as i dont control thier actions.

i raised these points

and the affiliate manager went on to say that they did not redeposit and even more went on to say and i quote
"it seems to be fraud"

i felt that this was very unjust.
as all the way i have stuck to my agreement plus ALL of the terms and conditions as outlined by the affiliate manager and the partner site.

they wanted a job done.
which in my mind is getting new first time depositing players from specific countries and not to breach those rules

yet it seems that once the job was completed and right from the start they had looked for excuses not to stick to thier part in the agreement. namely to pay the agreed upon commission(s).

it really pains me to be on here writing this because i thought we were a team.
and a team does thier best to get an outcome that makes the team stronger in the long run.

while i am at it. i logged in and saw that another player had registered on the affiliated site (whilst we were having this discussion together, where i asked if they could pay me for that at some stage during the week
because at first i was thinking how can i maintain working with a website that had
not only reduced my commission within the first couple of weeks but also left me feeling uncertain.
Meaning that if i was to take even more depositors/redepositors to the site, then how would i know that in the months to come that they would not pull yet another excuse not to pay me, out of the hat?

however i have since thought about it and really want to show value to the partnership and have decided to continue working along side this casino if they would want me to continue to do so after responding to this complaint.

i have asked for thier answers before coming here and to me it leaves too much of a grey area
or i still dont feel like they have a just, reason for not paying the commission owed.

please see attached the screenshots of the first time deposits and redeposits made for the players
also note that i do agree that some of the players may have had accounts before the ones in march that are showing in them.
but i am unable to know who these players were that did/did not deposit for march

and even if i did, i still would think that it would be very unproffessional for me to approach any player and tell them how and where they should spend thier monies.
i honestly think that would be also very unethical in anyones mind.
