The representatives of the Gloss Partners affiliate program, who also represent the Royal Game casino, have not paid the €1,120 commission for over two months.
They stated that the delay is caused by an issue with Soft2Bet, the platform their casino operates on, and promised to provide a TXiD for the payment. However, more than a month has passed, and the payment still hasn't been made. I was ignored on Skype for a week. I had to send demanding messages to multiple affiliate program representatives. Only one person responded, while the others ignored me completely.
In the end, I still haven't received the commission. They only said that the payment would come later. The deadlines have been missed twice over, and there is still no clear answer. This looks like scam.
They know who wrote this complaint, and I am ready to withdraw it immediately after they get in touch with me.
Until then, let this serve as a warning to all affiliates.
