I am seeking help to deal with an unfair affiliate manager.
In a short time, I was promoting TrueFlip casino where we had a deal on 10 FTDs to test traffic, etc. before a long-term deal.
In last month in 4-5 days, they got 8 FTDs from my side and stop the company to check for future partnership.
All good till they need to pay for players 800 euro. Now got an answer from affiliate manager Ksenia that traffic is low quality and players do not come back as they want and made a deposit only to trigger CPA and they are not planning to pay for promoting.
I am promoting brands for almost 8 years and I first time see such an attitude . 4-5 days large stats and 8ftds and can see and tell something from it.
Regarding statistic:
8FTDs
Cpa: 800 euro
Deposits: 1339.87
Stakes: 2237.61
So maybe somebody can explain where is low quality and of trigger is 20 euro, but players made deposit 1339.87 euro.

Ksenia told:
1.Players deposited to trigger CPA
- stats show way larger deposits.
2.Told me that there was an imitation of playing.
-stats show 2237.61 rollovers 3,5 times more than even your commission.
3. And your number one text.
Only a few of the players made several deposits.
-we are talking about 8ftds.
If from 8 ftds some come back that is more than good.
I am still waiting for an explanation for several weeks on the same same question where you have any ground to cancel the payment and I was ignored by Ksenia (account manager).

This attitude is how you are working with partners? Just use them to get FTDs and after rump up some stories which don't make any sense and ignore partner after?
If truth is on your side, why you are afraid to show it public?

We have provided the AskGamblers team with the necessary data, which indicates the intersections between the players you provided, and evidence that you have violated the following paragraph of our rules:
Clause 9.2. Termination upon Blockchain Games N.V. Affiliate Program. They can terminate the agreement under the following circumstances:
- Fraud (i.e multi-accounts, incentive traffic, abnormal percentage of bonus hunters, etc.)
In case of fraud, Affiliate Program stops CPA/Hybrid agreement immediately and blocks Partner's balance due to this cause for an unlimited period after detection of the fraudulent activity.
- Traffic low quality (i.e. non-typically large percentage of players who do not return to the project after qualification on CPA/Hybrid agreement)
In case of traffic low quality, Affiliate Program informs Partners about the termination of the CPA/Hybrid agreement the day before termination. If Partner does not answer, the income of the partner (i. e. payments for the New Depositing players that came after termination) will be recalculated according to the terms of Revenue Share commission model.
