The manager no longer responds to me, I have a commission of 160 euros to receive and the manager no longer responds to me and the deadline was supposed to have been met at the beginning of the month, according to him (the manager) the commissions are paid at the beginning of the month but without a defined date, but as I have not had any response I am opening a complaint.

Regarding your commission:
1. Please note that, as clearly stated on our website https://affiliates.claps.com/, the minimum payout threshold is $500. At the moment, your balance does not meet this requirement.
2. In addition, your traffic has been reviewed by our Anti-Fraud Department, and unfortunately, two multi-accounts have been identified, along with multiple indicators of fraudulent activity.
As per our policy, fraudulent traffic is not eligible for commission payouts. This is a standard procedure aimed at protecting the integrity of our platform and all of our partners.
If you believe there has been a misunderstanding or would like to dispute the findings, please feel free to provide any additional information for review.

Thank you for your follow-up.
We’ve already shared detailed findings from our Anti-Fraud team, including screenshots and a full export of player data.
To add: right before reaching a commission of €160 (just above the €150 payout threshold), the partner referred 4 depositing accounts with minimal deposits and no real activity. After that — no traffic was delivered at all.
This clearly indicates an attempt to manipulate the system to trigger a payout. As such, the traffic is fraudulent and not eligible for commission.
We believe all relevant evidence has been provided, but we remain available if any specific clarification is still required.
