The amount of clicks I send to this casino are not correctly registered. I sent them through a goo.gl shortener to keep track of clicks, and GEO location of the person clicking through.
When my statistics of clicks display 165 (as of now) They display only 80 clicks came in.
I sent them an email regarding this issue, And this is the weirdest reply I have ever received from any affiliate program.
They just forwarded my own email to me, and changed the title to
"clicks are not tracked correctly".
And in the email i just see my own email, they just changed the subject of the email, that's it.
This to me is very unprofessionally, especially if I have doubts about them and in this email tell them that I will stop sending traffic to them unless someone can explain to me what happened with the statistics.
Basically I am missing half of clicks, so far generated 200 + - $ with the sent traffic (80 clicks).
So I am really worried if they have a system where they only let through the small players, and the big whales they just keep for themselves.
And even if they don't do this, I am wondering what happened to nearly half of all the players that I have sent to them.
I also had my skype in the email but I havent gotten any invite (yet) but seeing how they replied to my email, by just sending it back with a subject changed to "tracks of clicks is fixed now". I don't think it will ever happen.
If you wan't to build up a strong relationship with a casino, I would recommend to not use this casino affiliate program.
(another thing is, they will add your profit to your playing balance, they don't have a separated affiliate payout system where you get paid on your skrill or neteller or whatever you use).
My overall experience is so far not good, and I wish to understand why half of my player base has not been registered on this casino.
