We have faced a problem when we have terminated receivables for December services and current receivables for January.
Our history of cooperation starts from May 2024, and there was no problems. Till December all was great, and Anna as our affiliate manager was in touch even at night. All the issues were solved in time, and cooperation seems to be ok. But from January the communication has changed. We received number approvals on time on 20th Jan. The payment deadline for Dec services was 31. Jan.
After 20th of Jan Anna was sick (as we were told), but even thought once a day we received replies from her. on 14th of Jan to our chat another manager was added, he was @Traff_Meister, but we can`t receive any reply from him, nor in chat, nor in direct messages.
All the requests from our side are still ignoring, and we can`t get both communication and our approved commission.
Also we tried to get in touch with Amerio Affiliates via email, but there was not any reply too.

One more week has ended but we still have not receive any solution from the team.
Anna has answered us once with promise to add management to the chat, but only words, without actions. No other replies were received. We understand that Anna is sick and can`t work, but only Anna is working at Amerio Affiliates?
We are sorry to hear about you fraudulent cases, but it doesn`t refer to us. we have sent you live traffic, and were in touch with Anna regarding quality. We received approvals and are waiting for our commission. I believe that fraudulent cases must not effect the partners you are working with for a long time.

Since 24 hours we have not received any reply from your management.
How long will it take more to solve the problem?
We have not received any reply since it was last promised on 18th of January. Only replies we got were from Anna, with promises that she will push the management, and asked to get in touch with Ant Atam and Traff Meister. Both contacts are ignoring all the messages.
For today Amerio Affiliates are open for new deals, but they don`t pay their old partners.
Today Affstelar posted a scam case on Affhub, and we are going to do the same, but not only on Affhub, but also using other public sources.
