We have open 2 campaigns on our network, one for Staybet and one for Slotmoon.
For Staybet, we have never been paid a single EUR. For Slotmoon, we have been paid until last november.
We were in touch with Semak < surname removed > but he is not replying to us for many weeks. We also have another contact, Richard < surname removed >, but same story, no reply at all for the last weeks. We met him at LAC 2018 where he confirmed that he will follow up and pay us. Since then, we have never heard about him despite numerous email and Skype sent to him. He is basically just ignoring us and when you look online, we are not the first affiliates to complain about them. There is another thread about that on ASkGamblers and you can clearly see that they are just bullshitting about the payment to the affiliates.
Also, their affiliate program does not even work ...
So I would advice to affiliates to stay away from both brands as they are not serious and are most probably tricking affiliates.
