Royalstarscasino doesnt pay commission and dont provide proof of paymrnts

Hello,
We are talking for a long time with Royal Partners account managers to get paid the open balance they owe us.
The account manager keeps sending the same proof of payments from the very long time ago, which the last one was 269 days ago.
We created for them a special and dedicated crypto wallet with the address.

Our total balance with them till today is:

As you can see at screen shots, the account manager keeps providing the same old proof of payments while we explain him the situation that they never paid after the last payment which was 269 days ago.

For example, I asked him to provide the payment of May which was 150EUR commission and he couldn't provide and claimed they paid.

I showed him they dedicated wallet and there is no payment of 150 EUR there.

The total open balance with them is: 1,248.47 EUR.

I attached the screenshots for the whole months he couldn't provide us HASH as proof of payments.

Also as you can see he stopped answering and gave the same answers and same HASH as proof of payments but not for the amounts we asked and showed him.

invoices was inadvertently paid twice. As a result, the full outstanding amount has
already been settled — in fact, there’s currently a small credit balance in your favor.

We generated the following commissions from October 2024 for which we have not yet been paid.

Attached all screen shots from October 2024 to May 2025

None of these amounts have been paid by Royal Stars Casino.

The proof of payment which they keep on sending is related to prior months for which we have also agreed that these have been settled.

They are ignoring the months for which they did not pay and keep referring to the payment they processed in May 2024.

Moreover as you can see on screen shots, their last payment was for 70 USD before 274 DAYS ago which mean 21 October 2024 which is the commission for the month of September 2024.

Since then we never got any payments from them.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

Thank you for your patience.

We received a letter in June 2025 regarding outstanding items from August 2024, which still show open payments. In September 2024, we accidentally paid the fees twice. After that, we didn’t hear anything further, and as a result, we had a credit.

Now we would like them to accept both payments, which we have been able to prove with the attached documents.
We have been in ongoing discussions with the affiliate’s finance department for quite some time to clarify which items are still outstanding and which have already been covered.

So we would be fine receiving the updated invoices.

Hello again,

So I would like to make things even more easy and clear like the sky.
I attached all commissions we generated per month.
The total amount is: 2,875.09 EUR

Also, I attached screen shot from the dedicated wallet we created for Royal Stars and the total amount in EUR after converting from USD is: 1,655.76 Euro

If we make a simple calculation of COMMISSION minus the amount we got paid:

2,875.09 - 1655.76 = 1,219.33 EUR

Moreover, attached a screen shot of the wallet which is dedicated only for them.

we discussed the open matter in parallel and believe that we could solve everything in the meantime.
Also we paid the open amount already. If wished we can also share the proof of payment.
