Ready Affiliates -Does not pay commission

I am opening this ticket to explain my experience and frustration collaborating with ReadyCasino. I am having pending commission, and looged in the 21 October and enabled 2 factor authenticator as it was a requirement to get commission paid out. Which has resulted in our account is no longer accessible. No account manger is responsive, nor to be found anywhere on thier website.

We have however raised our problems via support, on all mentioned emails on their website and have of course also tried to write our account manger, or to the Skype account where we communiated before.

No one is answering us, and seems like a big redfalg if they dont payout to the affiliates. We have Eur 2750 pending commission.

We have been sending them emails and as above tried to contact them for a long time now, since August, and still they remain silence and no responsive. We have used the Skype account to contact REadyCasino since August, to make a change to the email set in our account. Since August we have not been sucessfull to get in contact with anyone helping us!

I experienced significant difficulties in communication, but thier way of neglecting any form of contact is not only disturbing, but also as an affiliate trying to build a business not sustain since we have invested money into traffic and now stand with a big loss. There have never been any dispute RE quality of our services.

It has also caused me some distress due to the time we invested, as there are loads of work related to setting tracking negoating deals etc. Not to say the time and efforts trying to get the rightfull commission paid out.

This clearly has a significant impact and creates complications in our business. I want to emphasize that everything I write is based on the foundations of our agreement with ReadyCasino.

Given the commitment and consistency with which I approached this work, I would like this situation to be clarified and discussed by you. I seek your support in guaranteeing and enforcing all my interests, as I feel violated in all the agreements initially made with ReadyCasino who still operates.
