Props Partners - Does not pay and no response

We ran the campaign for Props Partners in the month of June. Affiliate manager confirmed that the commission will be paid firstly until 27th July and then until 4th August (in 2 months).
They have not replied to our messages since then and not payout our cash. The last contact was on August 4th.
This brand certainly should not be trusted as the affiliate managers, we have evidence of that.
