We have earned some commission true FetBet Affiliate program in December 2016 and was told we would be paid end January 2017, this was perfectly fine, after a few mails and chats on skype back and forward in middle of January 2017 we were then told that we will be paid as soon the affiliate department counted our CPA amount (we are promoting them on a Hybrid deal).
Nothing happened and then again after 2 weeks, and several mails and very very bad support from their affiliate manager on skype that had no understanding for a frustrated affiliate that just wanted his owed earnings of 1534€ + - i must admit he was very rude and i have never been spoken to like that before.. Indeed my language to him was not super professional but i was angry they keep running around with me.
Never the less the 22thnd of January we are then told hey you need to send us an invoice and you will get paid ASAP. We send an invoice for the amount we believed where correct (Cpa´s still not counted from their team after 30 days) and then the magic began.. As i wrote they had 30 days to pay the invoice they actually took that literally and waited 30 days and kept refereeing to that they would pay after 30 days. Again i was amazed about this and got even more frustrated.. Their manager nicely told me to even close my account once paid and i did assure him we would do that... But here 5 days after last date of invoice payments.. We haven’t seen a penny neither received any answers to mails and skype chats.
Hopefully Askgamblers are able to do something in this matter and I do apricate the complaint form for here for affiliates, i hope no one else ever had issues with them.
They have to date been the casino that treated me the worst ever in my 6 years as an casino affiliate.
