Betssen Partners - Payments delayed

I need your help to resolved my issue regarding the behavior of Betssen Partner. we were worked for the Betssen Partners in March month and they mentioned that next month of 15th you get you payments but without any information they hold our payments for additional 14 days that's also okay from my side but after months was crossed like April and May was crossed and our affiliate manager don't respond to our messages and calls they just ignore for only $500. I can't believe from a known partner would doing like this behavior with their affiliates. On below side I attached all the details Our Chat and Panel Screenshot. One more thing we also try to connect with them through Mail but no response for the mail. How could a brand behave like this Literally disappointed from this brands.
