I have been waiting for my first payment from Drake Affiliates for over a month now. I provided all my bank information at the beginning of October and I was promised that the payment would be done in a couple of days.
I waited. And waited. And waited. Nothing happened. I tried contacting my account manager, who was unresponsive until after the 25th of October. When I finally managed to contact Kyle, he told me that the payment has been returned because I provided incorrect bank information. This cannot be true, because I use the same account for many other affiliate platforms and I always received any payment within 3 days or less.
I was then asked to provide a bank account number on top of the IBAN, SWIFT code, BIC code, address, etc, because apparently their payment system requires this too. I managed to provide them with this precious piece of information too, more than a week ago and I was again told that the payment has been done.
Big surprise. Nothing in my bank account. Using another payment option would have been a great solution you would think. But no, Drake Affiliates can only issue payments via bank transfer or bitcoin wallet. Since I have no intention of using bitcoin because it is way too volatile for my taste, I am left with no other options.
Maybe with a little "push" they will make an effort and actually send the money they owe me.

I do apologize for this situation. We have attempted to send this wire twice. The first time, the bank returned it due to an incorrect account number. We have checked and rechecked the info you gave us with the info that we provided to the bank and all of this info matches. We have resent the wire to you, and while you may not have received it yet it has, in fact, been initiated. We are waiting to see what the bank says about the second transaction and we will keep you updated.
We are actively attempting to pay you and we will continue to do so until you have received your payment.

Kyle from Drake Affiliates contacted me again yesterday confirming that the funds were returned to their bank account once again.
It seems that the issue was caused by their bank, who generated my 500$ wire in USD instead of converting it to EUR, the currency of my account.
The wire was resent on Friday in the correct currency and now I am waiting to receive it.
The funds have finally reached my account, so the issue is now resolved.
