Mad Money Partners - Payment in pending

We were in cooperation with Mad money partners and we are still waiting for the payment of the commission from them for a very long time 1 year almost. After waiting one year almost I have to say it's feels like they are scamming us.

The amount they own us from before was;

- 3962,98 euro
- 1266,41 euro
- 2544 euro


But perhaps we have more since the revenue share part has grown.

Is there possible to get help here or have we been scammed by Mad money partners?

0 Signals from Madmoney affiliate team and no replies from them either anywhere after couple of days.

I will write on many more affiliates pages and let the affiliates know that they are scamming. I cannot be the first one that have this problem.

Kindly stay away from Madmoney casino. They will not pay your commission to you.

Let me help and clarify this. WWG has received payments from us over the last 2 years and knows we are not a scam. We treat each affiliate we work with as a partnership and have been in contact with WWG about balances, payments and any delays. Of the 3 amounts they claim are owed to them, the 1266 was paid 4 months ago and the invoice of the transaction has been attached to support this.

The other 2 are pending balances and still pending for various reasons which has already been explained to them. In short, a transition we made near the end of 2021 from a white label casino to a turn key casino involves a full audit and transfer of finances and responsibilities from another platform to our internal accounting team. This has taken months and has been complicated due to the fact WWG has multiple affiliate accounts and is not consistent with submitting monthly withdrawals, but submits withdrawal requests for multiple months which includes already dated balances. So that is a big reason for the delay, then the delay from our platform while waiting on the audit has extended the delay. More recently, we have had some delays due to the recent sanctions caused by the invasion on Ukraine. This was unexpected and affected many casinos and they're banking accounts. So we have been working through these changes internally.

In summary, all payments to WWG have been made except for 2 which are pending due to the reasons mentioned above. These 2 payments will be completed ASAP and we will push for a completed audit to get this done.

Thats correct the 1266€ has been paid, sorry for that.

However there has not been any contact with us for some months with this i mean that we been trying to reach out to couple of the affiliate managers in your team and nobody did replay anymore on top of that to not get your money after a insane while couple of months? Not sure what you guys expect a affiliate company to do more then to go out and give warnings about you to others.

Im are super sorry whats going on in Ukraine with the war and im are very award that this can affect some bit the Igaming but we have over 10+ partners in the same country that sending our earnings in time without any problems.

With a bit better words i must unfortunately say that You ( Madmoney ) casino is our only partner that we have problems with to cash out our earnings.

This is not what we did agree on once we did start to send players to you and according to your affiliate program is standing " Affiliates are to submit their payouts on the 1-5th of the month for the month prior with payments being made by the 15th " We been now waiting couple of months now to get our money maybe even 1 year.

I think the last time spoke i heard also about that you will pay us ASAP and nothing did happend for a couple of months. Unfortunately can i not live with this anymore and would need a officially date when we will get rest of our earnings from you. If you cannot give us this we will still go out to all possible forum and give warnings about Madmoney casino and share the true that im telling about here.

We have reached out to all email contacts for WWG over the last few days but unfortunately all have been returned as not deliverable. How do we reach Denis who is the owner of the affiliate account?

Denis was a x affiliate manager that did work for the company and Denis is or were not the owner of the affiliate account, the owner of the affiliate account is WWG limited. Im are finance department that trying to collect our earnings that is pending.

The case got closed, i did not got any feedback from Madmoney anymore, have paused at the moment all others complain on the other forum because i saw some hope. We will give it one more try to get our earnings from Madmoney.

If this case get unresolved i will have to continue to make complains on other forums about Madmoney.
