Subject: Complaint Regarding Unresolved Communication and Payment Issues with AffRepublic

Dear AskGamblers Support Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my ongoing issues with AffRepublic, particularly concerning communication with their affiliate manager and a lack of payment resolution.

**Background:**

I am an affiliate for AffRepublic and promote their casino brand through my streams. Recently, I've encountered several issues, including vague reasons for withholding payments and a lack of proper follow-up from their affiliate manager. Below is a summary of the communications I’ve had with their affiliate manager up to this point:

**1. Initial Communication (Early September):**
On the 5th of September, I received a message from the affiliate manager informing me that their risk department had reviewed the traffic I was sending, and they were not satisfied with the results. He mentioned concerns over:
- Minimum deposits and players depositing only once.
- A low Return-to-Depositor (RDC) percentage.
- An average deposit of €55 per player, which he considered too low compared to other streamers who had much higher deposit averages (around €600).

In response, I explained that as a streamer, I do not have control over how many times a player deposits or the amounts they spend. I provide advertising through my streams, and while some players deposit multiple times, others may only deposit once. Additionally, I explained that August is typically a slow month in Greece due to holidays, which impacted the overall performance.

**2. My Response:**
I also pointed out that despite August being a tough month, my players still deposited around €1.4k, and in July, deposits exceeded €2k. I explained that I expect September to be a better month as activity picks up again. I even offered to lower the CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) temporarily to help meet their expectations, as I believe the quality of players will improve over time.

**3. No Follow-Up:**
On the 10th of September, the affiliate manager acknowledged my points and said he would provide feedback, but as of today (17th September), I have received no further communication from him. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue and ensure timely payment, I have not received any updates or clarification.

Complaint:

- **Lack of Transparency:** The affiliate manager has not provided a clear explanation of what exactly is wrong with the traffic or deposits beyond general terms. I need specific details to understand their concerns.
- **Payment Withholding:** Despite providing traffic and results, I have not been paid or given any timeframe for payment.
- **No Follow-Up:** I was promised feedback and resolution after the 10th of September, but I have heard nothing from AffRepublic.

I would like to request AskGamblers' assistance in mediating this issue, as I am concerned that I am not being treated fairly by AffRepublic. I have invested time and effort into promoting their brand, and I would like a resolution to both the payment issue and clearer communication moving forward.

There was a remaining amount of 2070€ and we came to an agreement and I got 1100€. The case can be closed. Thank you very much for your valuable time and help.
