I am writing to express serious concerns regarding several issues we have encountered with Winscore Partners. These issues are impacting our decision to continue promoting your platform. The key points of concern include:
Unresponsive Communication: We have repeatedly attempted to contact your team, but there has been no response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and concerning.
Pending Payments: There are multiple unpaid payments that are significantly overdue. We have been informed that delays are due to your team being on vacation, which is an unacceptable excuse for a business operation.
Lack of Statistics: The statistics provided by your tracking system are infrequent and often missing. This is particularly worrying as our previous top three brands consistently received active player data. Is there an issue with your tracking system?
Unprofessional Excuses: The rationale provided for delayed payments and other issues, such as staff vacations, is not in line with professional standards.
