Partners Casino Affiliate - They do not pay

Hi, I really hope you can help us with problem we met.

Our team had been cooperating with Partners Casino Affiliates - https:­//p­art­ner­s.c­asino/, and now we are waiting for our May payment request to be confirmed. Their managers are ignoring us for 2 weeks already.

We wrote to them on Skype, to email, to Telegram, to the support team. They blocked my IP Adress so I have no access to theit casino sites. And everywhere they cut off the conversation with me. Moreover, the manager added the payment to the balance and confirmed the wallet. And now she just ignores us. We can not withdraw 4680 EUR for 2 week already. I have not been told about any reason of the delay.

We are really sorry that this situation took place, but we would like to shed some light on conditions that lead to it.
Traffic from this affiliate seemed suspicious on the first place, therefore we have decided to monitor it for a month before making a payment.

At the moment we are reassured that traffic sent to our products was not fraudulent. We have added the agreed CPA cost to the partner's balance, and according to our affiliate program's T&Cs the payment will be made by 10th this month.

Also we would like to add that initially we have agreed to test CAP 30. After this goal was reached we asked this partner to stop promoting our brands until further notice. This request was ignored and the partner kept on sending us new traffic.

We are more than happy to pay for traffic within CAP30 which matches the KPIs.

P.S. Our decision to monitor partner's traffic for a month was based on the fact that the partner continued promoting our brands beyond the agreed CAP30 and demanded payout immediately after reaching the agreed target
